Scheduling an appointment

To schedule an appointment online please create an account in the Pet Portal or you can text or email us.

You can request an appointment time in the morning from 9-12pm or in the afternoon from 12-3pm. There is no guarantee of an exact appointment time. We will see you within the 3 hour window where your appointment falls. The night before your appointment we will text you a shorter 2 hour arrival window. We will text you the day of your appointment when we are on our way to you.

We are a ‘by appointment only’ clinic. Appointments are scheduled during regular business hours as available.

We will try our best to accommodate same-day appointments as available.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

Guidelines for a successful home visit

Have your pets’ past medical records or the names of the clinics your pet has visited so we can request the records.

Be prepared with a list of any questions you have for the veterinary team.

Have a clean and safe environment for your veterinary team to work in. We will be coming into your home to see your pet or we can see your pet in your yard.

Be respectful of the veterinary team. Avoid smoking or vaping in front of the veterinary team. Be present for your appointment and avoid phone calls, other appointments and activities during the visit.

Follow through with any recommendations from your veterinary team and if you have any questions please reach out to the team to get clarification.
